Terms of Service

1. Using Minasty

“Minasty,” “we,” and “us” refer to the team operating this network. These terms apply when you access our services. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Where a separate agreement applies to a purchase or another service, that agreement also applies.

You must use a valid Minecraft account and meet the eligibility requirements of Minecraft, Microsoft, and any connected service you choose to use. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, your parent or legal guardian must review them and provide any permission required by law. Permission to play does not override a store or community platform’s minimum age.

Minasty is an independent Minecraft network. It is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

2. Your account and access

Keep your account and login credentials secure. Never send staff your Microsoft password, payment-card details, or authentication codes. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may temporarily restrict access to protect the account or network while a concern is investigated.

Access to testing environments, staff tools, or private areas requires permission. A rank or purchase does not grant access to areas or commands that are not included in its description.

3. Fair play and community conduct

Follow the published server rules and reasonable staff directions. In particular, you must not:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, or expose private information about another person.
• Use cheats, unauthorized automation, exploits, or duplicated items to gain an unfair advantage.
• Disrupt the network, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or interfere with other players’ accounts.
• Post unlawful content, infringe someone else’s rights, or use our services for fraud or unauthorized real-money trading.
• Evade an active restriction through another account or help others evade one.

Report vulnerabilities privately through support. Reporting a problem does not authorize disruptive testing or promise a reward.

4. Moderation and appeals

We may investigate reports, remove content, reverse illegitimate progress, mute players, or restrict access to protect the community and enforce the rules. We consider the nature, impact, and history of the conduct. Urgent protective action may happen before we can provide an explanation.

You can ask for a review through support. Include your username and the relevant punishment or incident. We may withhold information that would expose another person or compromise security. Purchasing a rank does not provide immunity from moderation. Public punishment records are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Gameplay, progress, and availability

Minasty is an evolving multiplayer world. Published game mechanics may include loss of items, character progress, or other in-game benefits. Read the gameplay rules before participating. In-game possessions are not investments, currency redeemable for money, or a promise of future access.

Maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, balancing changes, rollbacks, resets, or service closure can affect access and progress. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or recovery of every lost item. We will communicate significant planned changes where reasonably practical. Nothing here removes rights attached to a purchase under applicable consumer law.

6. Store purchases

Our official store is store.minasty.net. Tebex acts as the seller for purchases completed through its checkout. The product description and Tebex checkout terms explain the purchase, eligibility requirements, delivery, and any subscription. Review them before paying.

For billing, cancellation, or refund questions, use the support details on your Tebex receipt or Tebex Checkout Support. Minasty Support can help investigate missing in-game benefits. Refund and withdrawal rights depend on the checkout terms and applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or remove your right to raise a legitimate payment dispute.

7. Your creations and community recordings

You keep any rights you hold in original builds, text, and other content you contribute. You give Minasty a non-exclusive permission to host, copy, display, and adapt that content as reasonably needed to operate, moderate, back up, and document the network. This includes showing the shared world in Minasty screenshots and videos. It does not transfer ownership of your work to us or give us rights you do not hold.

Gameplay may be recorded and published later as part of Minasty’s videos and community history. Recordings can show usernames, skins, builds, and visible in-game chat. Other players may also record their own gameplay. Do not share personal information in public game spaces. This notice is not blanket consent to record private communications or voice; any notice or consent required for a particular recording must be obtained separately. Contact support with a concern about identifiable content.

8. Other services and intellectual property

Microsoft, Mojang, Tebex, Discord, and other linked providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control those services. Minasty branding and original website material belong to their respective rights holders. Minecraft and third-party assets remain the property of their owners.

9. Responsibility and your legal rights

We aim to operate Minasty with reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by another provider, your own equipment, or events outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law makes us responsible. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please contact support to help resolve a disagreement. Doing so does not prevent you from using a payment provider’s dispute process, contacting a regulator, or exercising a right to bring a claim. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires an earlier change. Changes do not retroactively remove rights from a completed purchase.
